Terms and Conditions for Sourdough Baking Class
Welcome to our sourdough baking class! By reserving a spot, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
- Reservation and Payment
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot in the class.
- Reservations are confirmed only after payment has been successfully processed.
- Non-Refundable Deposit
- 50% of the class fee is non-refundable. This amount covers administrative costs and preparation for the class.
- Cancellation Policy
- If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible.
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled class will receive a 50% refund (excluding the non-refundable deposit).
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled class are non-refundable.
- Rescheduling Policy
- If you are unable to attend your scheduled class, you may transfer your reservation to another class date, subject to availability.
- Requests to reschedule must be made at least 48 hours prior to the original class date.
- Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the class may not be accommodated.
- No-Show Policy
- Participants who fail to attend the class without prior notice will forfeit their payment and will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
- Class Conduct
- We strive to provide a welcoming and enjoyable environment for all participants. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the class without a refund.
- Class Modifications or Cancellations
- We reserve the right to modify or cancel classes due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another class.
