Payment & Booking

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your spot.
   
• Reservations are confirmed only once payment has been received in full.
   
• All class pricing is per person unless otherwise noted.
   

Cancellations, Refunds & Attendance

• If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible.
   
• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled class may be eligible for a 50% refund, at SourVida’s discretion.
   
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled class are non-refundable and non-transferable.
   
• Final headcount is confirmed 7 days prior to the class. Any changes in attendance after this time are not eligible for refunds or credits, as ingredients and supplies are prepared in advance.
  
   

Private Classes

• Private class pricing is based on the confirmed headcount 7 days prior to the event.
   
• Reductions in guest count within 7 days of the class will not result in refunds or credits.
   
• Additional guests may be accommodated with advance notice, availability, and adjusted pricing.
   

Educational Use Only

• SourVida classes are designed for personal learning and educational purposes only.
   
• Recipes, techniques, and materials shared during class may not be used for commercial resale, redistribution, or profit.
   
• Attendees may bake for personal enjoyment but may not sell SourVida recipes or products without prior written permission.
   

General Information

• Classes are hands-on and results may vary depending on environment and experience.
   
• SourVida reserves the right to make adjustments to class content or scheduling if necessary.
   
• By booking a class, participants acknowledge and agree to all policies listed above.
